Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Westbrook Hollow Care Services provides in-home and community support in San Antonio, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
