Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Redstone Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Knoxville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
