Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Stonegate Lakeside Care Services provides in-home and community support in Miami, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
