Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Lumen Amber Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
