Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Harborlight Ashton Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Portland, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
