Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Beacon Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
