Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Bluepeak Nest Property Management looks after rental homes across the Phoenix area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
