Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Westbrook Harbor Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Orlando. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
