Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Lumen Beacon Housing manages affordable housing communities across Nashville, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
