Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Silverline Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Omaha area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
