Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Stonegate Pike Property Management looks after rental homes across the Houston area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on vendor invoices for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
