Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Lumen Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in Richmond with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
