Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Harborlight Pine Community Partners is a Charleston charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
