Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Stonegate Beacon Community Partners Group is a Savannah charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
