Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Lumen Thistle Learning Group is an education provider in Atlanta serving students and families. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Families are partners. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
