Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Fernwood Willow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Minneapolis supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
