Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Bright Rook Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
