Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Junction Housing Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
