Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Rivermark Keystone Civic Services supports public agencies in Spokane with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 316 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
