Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Harborlight Keystone Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Savannah. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
