Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rowan Civic Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on permits for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
