Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning Partners operates neighbourhood childcare around Houston, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
