Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Rivermark Early Learning runs childcare centres in Buffalo caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
