Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Ironwood Maple Housing Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
