Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around Tampa, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
