Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Clearpath Hollow Civic Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on permits for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
