Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Harbor Transit Planning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
