Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Rivermark Clear Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
