Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Clearpath Fern Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Virginia Beach with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
