Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Honolulu area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
