Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Northwind Lantern Property Management Partners is a San Antonio property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
