Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Westbrook Analytics helps transport agencies around Wichita design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
