Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Harborlight River Housing manages affordable housing communities across Wichita. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
