Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Northwind Granite Housing provides affordable homes and support services around San Antonio. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
