Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Fernwood Harbor Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Boston. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
