Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Westbrook Kestrel Housing manages affordable housing communities across Buffalo, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
