Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Sparrow Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
