Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Redstone Fox Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Rochester. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
