Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Basin Care Services Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
