Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Redstone Forge Transit Planning Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
