Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Silverline Ember Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
