Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Harborlight Mill Arts Center Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
