Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Foxglove Forge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Nashville working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
