Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Greenridge Bridge Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fresno. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
