Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Foxglove Beacon Community Partners runs community programmes across San Antonio. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
