Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Greenridge Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tulsa, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
