Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Westbrook Orchard Civic Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 475 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
