Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Bright Wilder Property Management Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
