Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Ironwood Loom Property Management manages apartment communities around Boston. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
