Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Fernwood Fox Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
